Below is your Contract & Agreement. This outlines the expectations of both coach and clients.  Please read all the information below. By signing your name at the bottom you agree to all information and policies provided.

SERVICES

The Coach agrees to provide nutrition coaching services to the Client. These services may include, but not limited to, personalised nutrition plans, dietary guidance, lifestyle recommendations, and ongoing support.The personalised plan will be based on the Client's goals and health status.The Coach will provide ongoing support, answering questions and making adjustments to the plan as necessary.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about their health, dietary habits, and any medical conditions.The client will follow the guidelines provided by the coach to the best of their ability. Any issues arising with the guidelines will be discussed so that changes can be made. Open communication at all times is extremely important when it comes to nutrition coaching to allow the best outcomes for the client. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The client agrees to pay the coaching fee for the nutrition coaching services.Payment shall be made by direct debit to the studio on Mondays, or by alternative arrangements agreed upon. (This means you have paid for your week of coaching prior to the week beginning) Refunds will only be issued if the coach is unable to fulfill their obligations under this agreement. 

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Both client and studio agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information shared during the course of this contract.The studio will collect and store the client's personal information for the purpose of providing nutrition coaching. The client's information will not be shared with third parties without their consent.

CANCELLATION OF COACHING

The client may cancel this contract at any time by providing 7 days notice to the studio. The client will be responsible for any fees up to the date of cancellation.The Business reserves the right to terminate this Contract in the event of non-payment, misconduct, or breach of any terms in this contract by the client.
