With over 20 group training sessions on offer from Monday-Saturday, be strongHer's sessions are based around strength, overall fitness & adequate recovery. Our sessions compliment each other, and are built to work together to get the most of out of your training.
Our aim is to provide a group based program that supports women of all ages, and fitness levels. Allowing everyone to make consistent progress and achieve their goals, whilst enjoying themselves every session.

STRONG
Our signature session STRONG, is centered around strength progression. During our STRONG sessions, we dedicate specific days to focus on lower body, upper body, and full-body, building total strength across the week. We follow structured 4-week training phases to ensure continuous progress and noticeable results. For those looking to assess their strength & improvements, we conduct testing days at the end of each 16-week block.

Strength & Conditioning
SWEAT
Our SWEAT sessions focus on cardiovascular conditioning. These classes compliment our STRONG sessions, providing a well-rounded program to enhance your overall fitness. We split our SWEAT sessions into two styles, focusing on different cardiovascular improvements.
SWEAT sprint - Tuesday & Thursday
Focuses on giving maximum effort during short work periods to improve anaerobic capacity. This is followed by rest intervals to recover and then repeat.
SWEAT stamina - Saturday
Focuses on finding a steady pace you can maintain throughout the whole session to improve aerobic capacity and muscular endurance. We work for longer periods of time without rest to push your stamina. These are built around hard work & team work.
SOUL yin yoga
Our Yin Yoga is a mindful practice focusing on deepening the mind and body connection, allowing the body to soften, release tension and relax. Postures are held in stillness for a longer period of time, with the aim to affect the deep connective tissues within the body (such as ligaments, joints, bones).
Recovery
SOUL stretch
Our STRETCH sessions are a recovery focused session involving foam rolling, trigger ball, static & dynamic
stretching and mobility work. All with the aim to reduce the risk of injury, help manage muscle soreness, improve movement and bring us into a state of rest & relax.
BOXING
Our BOXING sessions blend classic boxing techniques with partner drills, cardio training and functional exercises. These sessions are sure to pack a punch!
Other
MUMS & BUBS
Our Mums & Bubs sessions are specially tailored for expecting and postnatal mums. Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays, where you'll focus on maintaining & building strength, core stability, and pelvic floor health.
Pre-Natal: Suitable for all mums cleared to continue training during pregnancy (who may want a tailored class from our group sessions)
Post-Natal: Suitable for all mums 6 weeks post-partum (cleared by their Dr) and before bubs is walking.
