Are We Talking to You?

Are We Talking to You?

August 20, 20262 min read

Have you ever read one of our emails and thought…

"Okay… how did they know I needed to hear this right now?"

😅

There's actually a pretty simple reason.

A lot of what we share with you comes directly from what's happening around us.

It comes from the conversations we have with you before and after sessions.

The things we hear members struggling with.

The wins we get to see in the studio.

And, just as importantly, the things we're experiencing ourselves.

Because while we might be the ones coaching the sessions, encouraging you to increase your weights or reminding you that you're stronger than you think, we definitely don't have everything figured out either.

We have weeks where training feels easy and weeks where motivation disappears.

We're juggling busy schedules, hitting snooze too many times, feeling unmotivated, battling self-doubt and reminding ourselves to drink more water (and less coffee!)

So when we sit down to write these emails, we're usually thinking about three things:

✔️

What we're noticing in the studio

✔️

What you've been talking to us about

✔️

What we're experiencing in our own lives

And more often than not, those things overlap.

That's probably why some of these emails feel like they were written specifically for you.

In a way, they were.

Because be strongHer has never just been about coming in, doing a workout and going home.

It's about being surrounded by women who are navigating a lot of the same things you are.

Some weeks we're flying.

Some weeks just showing up is the win.

Both count.

We're all in this together, figuring out how to show up consistently, give ourselves grace on the hard days and find joy in movement.

That's what makes our space so special. It's not perfect. It's real. And we think that's pretty special.
