When the calendar fills up and energy dips, keeping up with your routine doesn’t have to mean doing it all. It’s about staying with what actually makes you feel good!
Here are a few ways to keep moving through the madness:

Treat your workouts like a non-negotiable appointment. You won’t “find” time, youmakeit. A scheduled session is a promise to yourself, in between making promises to everyone else.
😍Do what you love:
Pick classes, activities & workouts that genuinely bring you energy and joy. When it’s something you look forward to, staying consistent feels easier (and a lot more fun).
🤏🏽Modify, don’t stop:
Maybe you can’t make it to every class or hit your usual goals, that’s okay. One or two sessions a week still count. Small efforts add up, especially during busy seasons.
⏰Find your sweet spot:
Whether it’s a morning boost, an after-work release, or a weekend reset, move when it works foryou.Consistency thrives when it fits your life, not the other way around.
So as the year winds down, remember: Keep moving, stay kind to yourself and finish the year feeling good inside and out.
