French Toast

Make Your Morning Frenchy

Boost up your morning toast and make it frenchy!

(Serves 1)

Ingredients

2 Slices sourdough bread

1 Whole Egg

50ml Light Milk

Vanilla Essence

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

15g Collagen (or whey protein)

35ml Maple Syrup

50g Fresh Strawberries

25g Fresh Blueberries

- In a glass bowl, combine egg, milk and vanilla essence using a whisk. Once combined, add in cinnamon and protein of your choosing.

- Place bread into mixture and coat both sides generously.

- Heat up a large, non-stick frying pan. Place mixture coated bread into pan.

- Cook for roughly 5 minutes or until golden brown.

- Serve with fresh strawberries/blueberries and top with Maple Syrup.
