If you’ve been showing up, lifting, sweating and getting stronger week after week, it’s time to celebrate that hard work.
And what better way than by testing your strength!
Think: motivating music pumping through the studio, your workout besties cheering you on and that incredible “I just did that!” feeling when you surprise yourself with what you achieved.
Strength testing isn’t about competition. It’s about you, your growth, your results and your journey. Here’s what it is and why you should absolutely get around it.
Strength Testing is your chance to put all your hard work from the training block into action. Over the block, you learn, refine and build confidence in your exercises and testing day is where we see how incredibly you've progressed.
You’ll have the opportunity to test foundational movements like Squat, Deadlift, Pull-Up, Hip Thrusts, Bench Press (depending on what our focus is for the training block) and choose the ones you feel comfortable with testing.
There’s no pressure and no “must-do” list, it’s all about celebrating what you can do. It can be your absolute first time, or 10th time coming to a testing, we are all in the same boat just seeing how we can perform!
You’ve been putting in the work, now’s your chance to see it pay off.
Testing gives you a clear picture of your progress and shows you how far you’ve come since you started. It's real measurable numbers that actually mean something valuable.
There’s something special about doing something you once thought was impossible, especially when you’re surrounded by a room full of ladies hyping you up.
Seeing your progress in black and white motivates that spark to keep going.
Testing gives you something to work toward and makes your training meaningful. It's hard to stay motivated when you don't have a reason why you're doing something, but seeing all your hard work actually pay off just boosts you to keep going.
Yes, you’ll lift heavy but you’ll also laugh, cheer, high-five and dance it out between sets.
Strength testing day has the best vibes: It’s a celebration of strength both physical and mental and proof of what happens when women put themselves in the right rooms!
Strength testing isn’t about perfection it’s about progress, real results, community and confidence. So whether you’ve done it before and chasing a PB or just curious to see how far you’ve come, it's definitely worth utilising it as part of your fitness journey.
