Do you know what you’re eating this week? What days you're training?
If you’re anything like a lot of women I talk to, Mondays come with a mix of hope and pressure.
“This week I’m getting back on track.”
“This time I’ll be consistent.”
“This week it will be perfect.”
And for a day or two, it feels good. You eat “clean,” drink more water, maybe even plan a few workouts.
But by midweek when work gets hectic, the kids need you, or you’re simplytiredthat perfect plan starts to slip. And suddenly you’re whispering those familiar words again:
“I’ll just start again on Monday.”
But here’s the truth: you don’t need another Monday to begin again.
Because it’s notyouthat’s the problem. It’s the all-or-nothing thinking that has wired into you : the idea that success looks like perfection and anything less means you’ve failed.
Real progress doesn’t come from being perfect.
It comes from beingconsistent enough.
From listening to your body instead of punishing it.
From learning how to nourish yourself, not restrict yourself.
Imagine what would change if you stopped starting over every Monday.
If instead, you just kept going - one choice, one meal, one workout at a time.
Because the truth is:
You don’t need more willpower.
You don’t need another reset.
You just need to stop giving up every time things aren't perfect
No more “I’ll start on Monday.”
Just “I’ll keep going today.”
