
Banana & Almond Energy Bars

Looking for a quick snack to pair with your coffee pre-workout - look no further.
Ingredients
2 bananas
150 g Cup Rolled oats
10 g Coconut oil (melted)
25 g Ground Flaxseeds
50 g Mashed dates (6 pcs)
20 g Chopped almonds
0.5 g Ground cinnamon
Method
Mash the dates with a fork, then peel and mash your banana together with the dates in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Line a baking tray with paper, transfer the mixture and top with another sheet of paper.
With a rolling pin, evenly flatten the mixture to desired thickness.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes at 180ºC.
Once they are cooled, cut into slices and enjoy!
