One of the biggest reasons people stop progressing isn't because they're not working hard enough.
It's because they stop when they've hit the minimum, rather than when they've reached their actual limit.
When your program says 6-8 reps or 8-10 reps, that isn't telling you to stop at the first number.
It's giving you a range to work within.
Some days you might only have six quality reps in you. Other days, you might have seven or eight. Both are okay.
But if you finish your set and know you could have performed another two, three or more reps with good technique, you've probably left some progress on the table.
Those extra reps matter.
That's how we build strength. That's how your body adapts. That's how you get results.
Our last BUILD phase produced some of the best progress we've ever seen across the studio!
PBs were everywhere.
Technique improved.
Confidence grew.
And so many of you were lifting weights you never imagined you could.
Was it all the hard work... or was it the new studio?

We'll let you decide.
As we move into this strength block, make sure you're using our be strongHer tracking app to track your STRONG sessions.
Recording your weights means you don't have to guess what you lifted last week.
It gives you a target.
It keeps you accountable.
And it helps you progressively overload safely over the coming weeks.
Small improvements each session add up to results over time.
This strength phase, don't stop just because itstartsto feel hard.
Getting stronger isn't about staying comfortable. It's about learning to become comfortable being uncomfortable.
When the weight gets heavy and the reps slow down, ask yourself:
"Am I actually at my limit... or has it just started to get uncomfortable?"
More often than not, you've got another quality rep in you.
Trust yourself.
