Why it always feels like we’re writing just for you…

Why it always feels like we’re writing just for you…

June 11, 20251 min read

Have you ever opened our weekly newsletter and thought… “Wait, are they spying on me? This is literally about my life right now!”

We hear that a lot. And we get it, because truthfully, we write these not at you… but with you in mind. Because more often than not, we’re living through it too.

Yes, we might be the trainers, the coaches, the ones telling you to “add a little more weight” or “trust yourself”, but we’re also just like you.
We’re juggling busy schedules, hitting snooze too many times, feeling unmotivated, battling self-doubt, and reminding ourselves to drink more water (and less coffee 😅)

Every time we write to you, it’s a mix of:
✔️ what we’re seeing in the studio,
✔️ what we’re hearing from
you, and
✔️ what we’re feeling ourselves.

So if it feels personal… that’s because it is.

We’re all in this together, figuring out how to show up consistently, give ourselves grace on the hard days, and find joy in movement.

That’s what makes our community so special. It’s not perfect. It’s real.

So, as you move through this week, remember that we see you. And in so many ways, we are you.
